For the past 10 years, SLM has partnered with local churches actively ministering in rural and urban areas of Haiti. Since our beginning in 1999, we have made great strides:

1999 - 2003

Built a church in a remote village in the southern portion of Haiti, which has grown to nearly 200 worshipers.

2004

Installed a well on the church property, to provide dependable drinking water for the region. Established a village school, that is currently educating 128 students with many more awaiting sponsors.

2006

Began a student feeding program, providing a daily hot meal 5 days per week

2009

Opened a safe house to provide a home for some of the many abandoned, uncared children, that roam the streets of Haiti's capital. On February 9. 2009 we received our first 10 children into the home.
